Finance Systems Analyst/Associate Product Owner

Mission of the Role

The Finance Systems Analyst / Associate Product Owner is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Navision, Power BI, AI tools, planning, and reporting across the Group.

Support the Finance Systems Manager in operating, maintaining and enhancing global finance systems (ERP \& Tagetik). Ensure reliability, scalability, and data quality across Business Central and Tagetik platforms.

Contribute to finance transformation initiatives including ERP upgrades, AI adoption and onboarding of new entities. Act as a bridge between Finance, IT and Data/AI initiatives for support, projects and continuous

improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (multiple versions across entities) and Tagetik.

Investigate and resolve incidents, manage tickets and maintain knowledge base documentation.

Support ERP operations including master data, user access, controls and data integrity.

Participate in migration of Business Central instances to newer versions across entities (upgrade

projects, testing, validation, post\-go\-live support).

Support onboarding of new entities into Business Central including configuration, data migration,

and user support.

Support Tagetik consolidation, planning and reporting processes.

Design, build and maintain Tagetik reports (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management

reports).

Act as backup resource for Tagetik reporting (not primary point of contact).

Contribute to the adoption of AI tools in Finance (automation, reporting, anomaly detection,

documentation).

Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and enhance data

analysis.

Participate in projects, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure governance, compliance, and proper documentation of systems and processes.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

Degree in Finance, IT, or Information Systems

3–7 years’ experience in ERP/EPM support

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (multi\-version environments preferred)

Exposure to AI tools, automation tools or data analytics solutions is a strong plus

Experience with Tagetik or equivalent EPM tools is a plus
