• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Lead / Senior Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, business performance management and finance process transformation.

The candidate will be responsible for optimizing finance processes, improving reporting capabilities, driving automation, strengthening financial governance and partnering with senior finance stakeholders across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Finance Transformation \& Process Excellence**

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across FP\&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and management accounting.
• Drive finance process re\-engineering, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Establish finance governance frameworks, controls and performance measurement processes.
• Support ERP transformation and finance operating model optimization.

• *2\. Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A)**

• Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long\-range financial planning.
• Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis and variance analysis.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

• *3\. Business Performance \& Management Reporting**

• Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks and performance scorecards.
• Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimization and financial performance reviews.
• Prepare management reports, financial commentary and leadership presentations.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins and operational performance metrics.

• *4\. Data, Reporting \& Digital Finance Transformation**

• Drive financial reporting automation and self\-service analytics.
• Leverage BI and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision\-making.
• Develop financial data models for forecasting, inventory analysis and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for automation using digital technologies and AI.

• *5\. Risk, Controls \& Compliance**

• Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through analytical reviews.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams.
• Support audit, regulatory and governance requirements.

• *6\. Stakeholder \& Team Management**

• Collaborate with Finance Directors, CFO organizations and business leaders.
• Manage global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and North America.
• Lead workshops, requirement\-gathering sessions and transformation governance forums.
• Drive transformation roadmaps, project milestones and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods or Supply Chain.

• CFO organization and enterprise finance transformation programs.
• Global finance operations across APAC, EMEA and North America.
