- *Job Profile – LIC Advisor / Sales \& Service Executive**
- *Position Summary**
An LIC Advisor / Sales \& Service Executive is responsible for driving Insurance Sales, providing quality customer service, and ensuring smooth policy administration. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, policy servicing, and compliance with LIC guidelines.
- *Key Responsibilities**
\* Promote and sell LIC insurance products to prospective customers while achieving assigned business targets.
\* Attend product training programs and stay updated with new LIC plans, products, and regulatory guidelines.
\* Process policy proposals, coordinate policy login at the branch, and ensure timely issuance and delivery of receipts and policy documents.
\* Provide end\-to\-end policy servicing, including corrections in customer details, policy revival, loan assistance, surrender, nominee/KYC updates, and other servicing requests.
\* Follow up with customers for premium due payments to improve policy persistency and customer retention.
\* Explain policy features, benefits, premium schedules, claim procedures, and other relevant information to customers.
\* Maintain accurate customer records, ensure documentation compliance, and coordinate with branch officials for operational support.
\* Build strong customer relationships through professional service, prompt query resolution, and ethical business practices.
