Job Description

Bridgeway Group is seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support strategic and operational decision\-making through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights, ensuring reporting accuracy, and supporting business growth initiatives across the group.

*Key Responsibilities**

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
Prepare management reports including P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Aging Reports
Support strategic initiatives, including business expansion and cost optimization projects.

Evaluate the financial feasibility and impact of business opportunities.

CA Intermediate qualified
Minimum 3 years of experience (including 2–3 years of articleship in a reputed audit firm)

*Skills \& Competencies**

Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and business units.

Pay: From ₹38,000\.00 per month
