We are looking for a motivated **Financial Analyst** to join our manufacturing and export business in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor profitability and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Perform cash flow analysis and support working capital management.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Prepare financial models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), **CA Inter, or CMA qualification.**
• **Tally Knowledge is MUST**
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in financial analysis are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in the manufacturing or export industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
