Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Finance \& Accounting professional with 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, Record\-to\-Report (R2R) processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, statutory compliance expertise, and the ability to support business decision\-making through accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting \& Accounting

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage Record\-to\-Report (R2R) activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month\-end closing.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare and review Profit \& Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

Budgeting \& Forecasting

Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.

Monitor budget utilization and provide insights on financial performance.

Support management with financial planning and business performance analysis.

Financial Analysis

Perform variance analysis for actuals versus budget and forecast.

Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision\-making.

Taxation \& Compliance Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing.Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹268,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
