• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Financial Analysis \& Deal Execution (80%)**

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and support due diligence through detailed data\-room review, and validation of key assumptions.
• Build and maintain financial models \- DCF, comparable company analysis, cap tables, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate business plans, unit economics, and financial statements of prospective portfolio companies.
• Prepare investment memos, the financial sections of pitch decks, analytical reports, and proposals for the leadership team and investors.
• Support active fundraising mandates through financial structuring, data rooms, and transaction documentation.
• Conduct investor mapping, sector research, and competitive benchmarking.
• Track progress across live engagements and ensure timely, accurate follow\-ups.
• Monitor portfolio and pipeline performance against key financial metrics.

• *Cross\-Functional Responsibilities (20%)**

• Support investor outreach, relationship management, and meeting preparation.
• Assist in startup screening and early\-stage evaluation projects.
• Contribute to improvements in modelling standards and analytical frameworks.
• Participate in ecosystem events, networking sessions, and workshops.
• Represent the firm in analytical discussions with clients and investors as required.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
