• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Firewall Support Engineer with hands\-on experience in FortiGate Firewall and Networking to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support network security infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall.

Manage firewall policies, ACLs, NAT and security rules.

Troubleshoot Site\-to\-Site VPN and SSL VPN.

Handle network connectivity and firewall\-related issues.

Work on Routing, Switching, VLANs and TCP/IP.

Monitor firewall logs and network traffic.

Support network devices such as routers and switches.

Assist with firewall upgrades, configuration changes and maintenance.

Document incidents, configurations and troubleshooting activities.

• *Requirements**

2–3 years of experience in Firewall/Network Support.

Hands\-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Routing \& Switching.

Knowledge of VLAN, TCP/IP, NAT, ACL and VPN.

Basic knowledge of OSPF is preferred.

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

CCNA / Fortinet certification is an advantage.
