  • *Work you'll do**

As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Director, Learning Facilitation and Coaching \- Growth \& Development, Deloitte Tech Academy USI on the Deloitte Tech Academy team, you will be responsible for…

  • Serving as a key member of the Deloitte Tech Academy leadership team and helping shape the overall vision through a multi\-year development strategy
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, innovation leaders, Strategic Growth Market leaders, and cross\-functional workstream leads to develop and implement Deloitte Tech Academy priorities
  • Leading teams across technology infrastructure, vendor management, engineering, product management, curriculum development, assessments, program experience, faculty management, and reskilling programs
  • Evaluating educational technologies, learning approaches, and marketplace trends across in\-person, remote, and blended learning environments to strengthen learner experience and outcomes
  • Leading execution across geographies by managing projects, scope, issues, risks, timelines, and financials to deliver quality solutions and business outcomes
  • Using data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, test ideas, improve solutions, and measure impact across the solution development lifecycle
  • *The team**

The Deloitte Technology Academy is a leading\-edge, branded educational institute that develops new age digital skills, offering a comprehensive cross\-business curriculum, blend of solutions, dedicated faculty, and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as the premier organization for technology skills development. Deloitte Tech Academy trains tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Cyber, Data \& Analytics, Application Development, custom development and package technologies.

  • *Location: Hyderabad**
  • *Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM**
  • *Qualifications**

Required

  • 20\+ years of combined experience in human capital, human resources, and a technology educational institute or technology skills scaling environment
  • Experience leading faculty teams with technology specialization
  • Experience leading project portfolios involving scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivery of multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology and advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, management, business, or another specified field

Preferred

  • Experience working with educational technology, remote learning, blended learning, or in\-person learning models
  • Experience building stakeholder relationships across business, strategic market, and enabling area functions
  • Experience using data to assess outcomes, guide decisions, and improve learning solutions
