• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated, self\-driven, and results\-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the growth of our consultancy.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn or **FIVERR \& UPWORK (MANDATORY)**
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present our services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Performance Based
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful hiring delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and business opportunities.Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or B2B Services. *(Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.)*
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
