Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused **Flight Support Executives** to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel\-related queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high\-quality customer experience through voice, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls, email, and chat.
• Deliver prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring first\-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate travel\-related assistance.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Demonstrate empathy and actively listen to customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update case details in the system.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company quality standards.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes is preferred.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced customer support environment.
