Floor Manager (Hospital Operations)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Floor Manager to oversee the day to day operations of hospital floors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with clinical and non \- clinical departments , and ensure smooth patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned hospital floors.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping ,and support departments.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, hygiene, and service quality.
• Monitor staff attendance discipline grooming and performance.
• Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, and safety protocols.
• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with hospital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospital administration, healthcare management or related field .
• Minimum 3\-4 year of experience as a floor manger , hospital operations executive
• Strong leadership ,communication and problem \- solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hospital operations and quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
