Role and Responsibilities  Planning of Operations Strategy \& Gap Analysis to Enhance Business.  Contribute towards team goals and manage the various team  Managing end to end of Process Management \& Process Improvement.  Redesigning and remapping process flows to Improve efficiency in day to day operations and cost effective.  Managing Quality \& Training Teams.  Manpower planning and process efficiency planning based on process requirement.  Monitored and driven compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards.  Led cross\-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams across departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.  Developed and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.  Developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency and reduce escalation.  Oversee day\-to\-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals  Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively  Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary \& resource allocation plans  Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.  Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.  Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.  Efficiently managing the TAT protocols and guidelines. Skills \& Abilities  Proven experience as a Sr. Managerial/AGM/DGM/GM role.  Experience in planning and budgeting  Ability to Handle the entire customer support team and able to deliver services as per the TAT guidelines.  Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)  Strong analytical ability  Excellent communication skills  Outstanding organizational and leadership skills  Problem\-solving and Go getter aptitude.  Client Focused.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
