• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to own the development and delivery of the Miror app on both Android and iOS. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship features across consultations, community, commerce, rewards, and health tracking — with the polish and reliability a healthcare product demands.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Design, build, and maintain high\-quality, scalable features in our Flutter app across Android and iOS

Own features end\-to\-end: from requirement discussions and UI implementation to release and post\-launch monitoring

Build and refine core user journeys — onboarding, OTP\-based authentication, doctor consultation booking, video consultations, community feeds, in\-app purchases/shop, and the rewards dashboard

Integrate REST APIs and third\-party SDKs (payments, video calling, chat, push notifications, analytics)

Implement robust state management and clean, testable architecture

Optimize app performance, startup time, and stability; drive down crash rates using Firebase Crashlytics

Manage releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including versioning and CI/CD

Write unit, widget, and integration tests; participate in code reviews

Handle health data responsibly with strong attention to security and user privacy

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

3\_5 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2\_3 years building production apps in Flutter/Dart

Proven track record of shipping and maintaining apps on both the Play Store and App Store (share links to your published apps)

Strong understanding of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering, isolates, and platform channels

Hands\-on experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX)

Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling authentication flows (OTP, tokens, sessions)

Experience with Firebase services (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config)

Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, or similar) and in\-app purchase flows

Proficiency with local storage (Hive, SQLite, shared\_preferences) and offline\-first patterns

Strong grasp of Git, code review workflows, and agile development practices

Understanding of app security, deep linking, and push notification handling — sensitivity to handling personal health data is a strong plus

• *Nice to Have**

Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or community/social apps

Experience with video consultation SDKs (Agora, Twilio, 100ms, Zoom SDK) or real\-time chat

Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience for platform\-specific work

Experience with CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)

Backend familiarity (Python, Node.js) or understanding of API design

Experience with complex animations, custom painters, and pixel\-perfect UI

Prior experience in an early\-stage or fast\-scaling startup
