Job Description: Flutter Developer Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Trainee who has completed an internship in Flutter development and is eager to enhance their technical skills through hands\-on experience and real\-world projects.

• *Note:** Only candidates based in Indore are eligible to apply.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter.
• Work with the development team to build responsive and user\-friendly applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Dart.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
• Identify and fix bugs while improving application performance.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features and enhancements.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and application deployment activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Prior internship experience in Flutter development is mandatory.
• Understanding of mobile application development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Strong willingness to learn and problem\-solving skills.

Training \& Employment Details

• **Training Period:** Initial 2 months.
• **Full\-Time Opportunity:** Based on performance during the training period, candidates may be offered a full\-time position upon successful completion of training.
• **Full\-Time Salary:** ₹14,000–₹15,000 per month, subject to selection and company terms.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be based in Indore.
• Freshers who have already completed a Flutter development internship are eligible.
• Candidates must be willing to work on\-site in Indore.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
