Job Overview

Axolotls Innovative Technologies is looking for a motivated **Flutter Full\-Stack Developer** with knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development and Node.js for backend development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing mobile applications, integrating APIs, managing databases, and implementing backend functionality.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in mobile and backend development, problem\-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross\-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for mobile applications.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
• Integrate third\-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication, and push notifications.
• Implement user authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high\-quality applications.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well\-documented code.
• Participate in project discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

• *Frontend – Mobile Development**

• Flutter and Dart
• Responsive UI development
• State management using Provider, Riverpod, or GetX
• REST API integration
• Basic understanding of mobile app architecture

• *Backend Development**

• Node.js
• Express.js or similar backend frameworks
• REST API development and integration
• Authentication and authorization using JWT
• Basic knowledge of server\-side validation and error handling

• *Database \& Tools**

• MongoDB and/or MySQL
• Git and GitHub
• Postman for API testing
• Basic knowledge of Firebase
• Familiarity with application deployment and server management is an advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant training in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with practical projects or a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Good problem\-solving and logical\-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work on real\-world projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying at least one Flutter application.
• Understanding of API design and database relationships.
• Knowledge of Firebase Cloud Messaging, payment gateway integration, or cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with Play Store and App Store deployment processes.
