FMCG Sales executive

Key Responsibilities1\. Market Coverage and New Outlet Opening

• Cover the assigned beat daily as per the approved beat plan and route map.
• Identify and open new outlets: kirana stores, supermarkets, dry\-fruit shops, sweet shops, bakeries, health\-food stores, pharmacies, gyms and cafés.
• Visit a minimum of 35–40 outlets per day and convert prospects into billing outlets.
• Map the territory and maintain an outlet database with owner name, contact, location and potential.

2\. Sales and Order Booking

• Achieve monthly sales targets by value, volume and product mix.
• Book orders for the full HYFRO range — plain makhana (Amrut, Uttam, Shudh, Janata) and flavoured makhana.
• Push new launches, focus SKUs and higher\-margin flavoured variants.
• Drive repeat orders and increase average order value per outlet.
• Record every order in the company's sales app or order format the same day.

3\. Distributor and Retailer Management

• Coordinate with the appointed distributor or super\-stockist for timely order servicing.
• Track distributor stock levels and raise replenishment orders before stock\-outs.
• Build long\-term relationships with retailers and resolve complaints within 48 hours.
• Support identification and onboarding of new distributors in uncovered areas.

4\. Merchandising and Visibility

• Ensure HYFRO products are displayed at eye level, with POP material, danglers, shelf strips and posters.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation; check expiry dates and arrange returns or replacements for damaged or near\-expiry stock.
• Negotiate display space, counter placement and visibility in key outlets.
• Share shelf photographs of key outlets with the manager weekly.

5\. Collections and Credit Control

• Collect payments as per agreed credit terms; ensure zero overdue beyond the credit period.
• Deposit cash or cheques with the office the same or next working day, with proper receipts.
• Reconcile outstanding amounts with accounts every month.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
