Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)

Ozonetel Communications is hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer for a full-time, senior-level customer-facing technical position based in NCR, requiring over six years of experience. This role involves owning the design and solutioning for the company's most complex, high-value enterprise deployments. You will create scalable, resilient architectures that align closely with each customer's long-term AI strategy. Unlike engineers who build and deploy, you will develop the architectural blueprints, establish technical standards, collaborate with teams of Forward Deployment Engineers, and engage directly with C-level stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure Ozonetel's platform integrates effectively into mission-critical enterprise environments, guiding the technical vision for large-scale projects.
