Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and detail\-oriented FP\&A Professionals to join our team at Turbhe. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Monitor financial performance and analyse budget vs. actual variances.
• Support monthly financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Prepare financial models and Excel\-based reports.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• CA or MBA in Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP\&A / Financial Planning \& Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per month
