Education \& Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA/CPA qualification is highly preferred.
• High standards of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.

Required Skills

• **Language Proficiency:** English, French, and German.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result\-oriented approach with strong financial domain expertise.
• Good understanding of Oracle is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current and historical trends in key financial performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditure.
• Monitor financial performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the reasons for unexpected variances.
• Oversee and continuously improve budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modelling tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Perform ad\-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
• Implement and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to develop dashboards and performance reports.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Analyze ROI for marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts, and business projects.
• Develop financial models and conduct analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial recommendations to management.
• Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis to facilitate informed decision\-making.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹200,000\.00 per month
