• *Role:Fractional Brand \& Editorial Director**

• *Vulcury** is an AI\-focused venture studio developing and supporting businesses, initially including Trustbridge. The founder generates original ideas, voice recordings, transcripts, and high\-level creative direction. We seek a fractional editorial leader to turn those inputs into precise, compelling published communication without requiring founder involvement in editorial minutiae.

• *Responsibilities**: Own brand style, editorial quality, narrative coherence, and publication\-ready approval for routine approved content. Preserve founder's distinctive voice, refine angles/briefs, review long\-form writing, social posts, website copy, scripts and video edits; flag inaccurate or unsupported claims; provide actionable feedback to India writers/editors, through a Growth Operations Manager who controls schedules and people. Escalate major positioning changes and reputational issues to founder. Maintain separate Vulcury and Trustbridge messaging rules.

• *Explicit exclusions**: Does not own hiring/supervision of India team, CRM, lead generation, general marketing execution, SEO operations, publishing logistics, analytics or daily campaign scheduling; need not personally draft or edit every asset.

• *Qualifications**: Strong editorial judgment, founder storytelling, brand strategy, narrative craft, video literacy, consistent responsiveness, and comfort with entrepreneurial/AI subject matter. Reliable feedback and independent approval capability are essential.

• *Success**:Coherent brand guides, consistently polished written and video work, brand accuracy, routine content independently approved, founder freed from approximately 70% of routine review effort.

• *Terms**:Approximately 5–8 hours/week; 90\-day fractional trial; modest cash retainer and possible later milestone bonuses/equity subject to performance and approvals. Applicants provide relevant editorial samples and founder\-led storytelling examples.

• *Follow\-up decisions for Vulcury project**

1\. Validate pay and weekly hours for India manager (broad role may exceed budget if full\-time managerial expectations).

2\. Define which Vulcury legal entity hires/contracts and how Trustbridge costs are allocated.

3\. Decide whether Clancey receives first opportunity or whether to run a three\-way paid work\-sample evaluation immediately.

4\. Create scoring rubrics, interviewing materials, 90\-day scorecards, and employment/consulting term sheets.

5\. Publish India manager listing; decide whether editorial role is an open listing or a private candidate brief first.
