Job Objective

To expand the GENI 360 Construction franchise network across Tamil Nadu by identifying qualified franchise investors, developing strategic construction\-industry partnerships, and converting qualified opportunities into operational franchises.

Key Responsibilities

\- Identify and acquire suitable franchise investors and business partners.

\- Build networks with real estate professionals, architects, civil engineers, builders and construction suppliers.

\- Present the GENI 360 Construction App and approved franchise business model.

\- Conduct investor meetings, business presentations and territory evaluations.

\- Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation through agreement and onboarding.

\- Coordinate with Head Office for commercial approval, documentation and partner activation.

\- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.

\- Achieve monthly franchise acquisition and activation targets.

\- Support franchise partners during initial business launch.

Required Skills

Strong Tamil communication, professional presentations, negotiation, relationship management, CRM reporting, field travel and proven business closures.

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹55,000 monthly fixed salary \+ performance incentives, subject to experience and HR approval.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
