Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager with a strong background in franchise development, leasing, sales and business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying franchise opportunities, acquiring business partners and driving franchise growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities.
• Handle franchise sales, leasing and business expansion activities.
• Identify potential investors, franchise partners and business associates.
• Generate leads, conduct negotiations and close franchise deals.
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and development.
• Conduct market research to identify potential locations and expansion opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in franchise development, leasing and sales.
• Business development and client acquisition.
• Negotiation and deal\-closing skills.
• Market research and location analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in franchise development, leasing, sales or business expansion.
• Experience in identifying and acquiring franchise partners.
• Candidates from franchise consulting, retail expansion, commercial leasing or real estate expansion backgrounds are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
