reliable and scalable EV mobility ecosystem through operational excellence and franchise partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Franchise Operations Manager to manage franchise

onboarding, documentation, operational hiring, SOP implementation, and day\-to\-day franchise activities.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing standardized processes and ensuring smooth, efficient

operations across franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Franchise Onboarding

\* Manage end\-to\-end onboarding of new franchise partners.

\* Coordinate with franchise partners to complete onboarding formalities.

\* Ensure franchise locations are prepared to begin operations.

2\. Documentation and Record Management

\* Prepare and maintain franchise agreements, onboarding documents, and operational records.

\* Ensure all required documentation is completed and properly organized.

\* Maintain franchise databases and documentation trackers.

3\. Operational Hiring

\* Identify staffing requirements for new and existing franchise locations.

\* Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of operational employees.

\* Ensure adequate staffing to support franchise operations.

4\. SOP Development and Implementation

\* Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise operations.

\* Establish standardized workflows, guidelines, and reporting processes.

\* Monitor SOP implementation and ensure consistency across locations.

5\. Day\-to\-Day Operations

\* Monitor daily franchise activities and ensure smooth business operations.

\* Coordinate with franchise partners to resolve operational challenges.

\* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

\* Track operational performance and ensure timely execution of activities.

6\. Reporting and Coordination

\* Maintain franchise performance reports, operational trackers, and documentation.

\* Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to achieve business objectives.

\* Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

\* Strong operational and coordination skills.

\* Experience in franchise management, business operations, or process management.

\* Knowledge of SOP development and documentation.

\* Good communication and problem\-solving abilities.

\* Ability to coordinate hiring and manage multiple operational activities.

\* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

\* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

\* Experience in operations, franchise management, or business expansion is preferred.

\* Candidates with experience in EV, logistics, mobility, or startup operations will have an advantage.

\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

\* Self\-motivated, accountable, and focused on execution.
