Franchise Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Franchise Operations Manager to lead operations across our franchise network. You will own how franchise outlets launch, run, and perform, and you will lead the operations executives who support them. Your goal is consistent quality, strong partner relationships, and healthy outlet performance as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end\-to\-end franchise operations process, from store handover and launch to ongoing outlet performance.
• Lead, train, and review the Franchise Operations Executives, setting weekly targets, audit schedules, and visit plans.
• Build, update, and enforce SOPs for store setup, food quality, service, hygiene, inventory, and customer experience.
• Oversee launch readiness for new outlets, including site checks, equipment, staffing, training, and go\-live approval.
• Review audit reports, mystery shopper results, and customer feedback, and drive corrective action plans.
• Track outlet KPIs such as sales, food cost, wastage, and customer ratings, and support underperforming outlets with clear improvement plans.
• Serve as the escalation point for franchise partners on operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Work with supply chain and procurement to ensure timely, quality stock supply and manage vendor\-related issues.
• Coordinate with the franchise sales team so that commitments made to prospects are realistic and delivered.
• Coordinate with marketing on local promotions, menu launches, and brand compliance across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, licensing, and other regulatory requirements across franchise outlets.
• Prepare regular operations reports and recommendations for leadership.

• *Experience**

• 2–4 years in operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in F\&B, QSR, cafe chains, or multi\-outlet retail is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in franchise operations or franchise support is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
