Frappe Developer (Surat, 2-5 yrs exp)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer to customize, develop, and maintain our Frappe/ERPNext platform, automate business processes, and improve system efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Frappe applications, ERPNext, and HRMS modules.
• Build custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms.
• Develop and maintain APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Automate business processes to reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance.
• Manage role\-based permissions, access controls, and data security.
• Handle server deployment, updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Understanding of Git, Linux, and server deployment.
• Experience with workflow automation, reports, and custom app development.
• Strong debugging, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience customizing ERPNext or Frappe HRMS.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, or other business workflows.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
