Business Development Manager (BDM Freelancing) – US Staffing

Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors.
Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing services.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients/vendors.
Build long\-term business partnerships and maintain regular follow\-ups.
Identify new opportunities in the US staffing market.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BDM in US Staffing.
Strong experience working with Prime Vendors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
