Freelance Closing Managers( Real Estate)

Core Responsibilities

• **Lead Conversion \& Deal Closure:** Take over warm or qualified walk\-in/digital leads from pre\-sales teams, conduct personalized site visits and project tours, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• **Negotiation \& Pricing:** Negotiate property pricing, payment plans, special offers, and terms with buyers (and sometimes High Net\-Worth Individuals / HNIs) to create win\-win outcomes. \[1]
• **Financial \& Loan Coordination:** Assist clients with customer finance, cost sheets, home loan disbursements, mortgage documentation, and tracking escrow or fund movements. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Documentation \& Compliance:** Oversee transaction paperwork, agreement drafting, verification of title/legal details, and adherence to RERA or local regulatory guidelines. \[1, 2]
• **Payment \& Milestone Tracking:** Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, installment payments, and OCR (Other Cost Recoveries). \[1]
• **Team \& Pipeline Management:** Assign walk\-ins to team members, monitor follow\-up schedules and revisit appointments, and maintain accurate MIS and CRM records. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Post\-Closure Support:** Coordinate with legal, CRM, and developer back\-end teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking all the way to possession. \[1, 2]

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹68,000\.00 per month
