• *Job Description**

Media Tech Temple is looking for an experienced Freelance Excel and Microsoft Copilot AI Trainer to conduct a hands\-on corporate workshop for senior management and business professionals at the TVS Office in Bharatpur.

The trainer will help participants improve their Excel, data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and presentation skills using Microsoft Copilot AI and advanced Excel tools.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and deliver a practical 2\-day workshop on Excel and Microsoft Copilot AI.
• Conduct live demonstrations and hands\-on training sessions.
• Teach advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Train participants to create dashboards, reports, and business visualizations.
• Demonstrate Microsoft Copilot AI for data analysis, formula generation, chart creation, and reporting.
• Cover business analytics, KPI tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and budget reviews.
• Demonstrate Copilot in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and reports.
• Provide practice files, exercises, and training materials.
• Support participants during practical sessions and answer their questions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands\-on experience with advanced Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering corporate or professional training.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot AI in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of Excel dashboards, PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization.
• Understanding of business analytics, KPIs, budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical business professionals.
• Corporate training experience is preferred.
• Portfolio of previous training sessions, workshop materials, or client references is preferred.
