As we scale our operations to comfortably manage 130\+ active client accounts, we are looking for a sharp, detail\-oriented **Freelance Front\-End Developer** to join our technical delivery team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Front\-End Developer who is obsessed with pixel\-perfect execution, clean code, and lightning\-fast user interfaces. You will be responsible for taking UI/UX mockups (primarily from Figma) and translating them into semantic, highly responsive, and interactive front\-end code. You will work closely with our web designers and back\-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences for high\-value B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• **UI\-to\-Code Translation:** Convert complex Figma wireframes and visual designs into clean, semantic, and well\-structured front\-end code.
• **Responsive Architecture:** Ensure all interfaces are flawlessly responsive across all device breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop, and ultra\-wide screens).
• **Interactivity \& Animation:** Implement smooth CSS/JavaScript transitions, micro\-interactions, and animations that enhance user engagement without sacrificing site performance.
• **Performance Engineering:** Optimize front\-end assets, leverage lazy loading, minify code, and ensure maximum rendering speed to hit top Core Web Vitals scores.
• **Cross\-Browser Compatibility:** Test and fix layout discrepancies across all major modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
• **Collaboration:** Cleanly hand off structured front\-end components to back\-end developers or integrate them into CMS architectures when required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Proven Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Front\-End Developer (Agency or product startup background preferred).
• **Core Tech Stack:** Absolute mastery of **HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid), and Modern JavaScript (ES6\+)**.
• **Frameworks \& Libraries:** Strong proficiency with utility\-first frameworks like **Tailwind CSS** or Bootstrap, and experience with modern JS libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Next.js) is a major advantage.
• **Design Literacy:** Ability to strictly adhere to design guidelines, typography scales, grid systems, and spacing configurations tailored for professional B2B audiences.
• **Version Control:** Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows.

Pay: ₹300\.00 \- ₹1,500\.00 per hour
