What You'll Do

• Design logos, branding materials, social media creatives, and marketing collateral for client projects
• Work from client briefs to deliver polished, on\-brand designs within deadlines
• Revise designs based on client/agency feedback
• Log hours worked and maintain consistent quality across projects
• Occasionally collaborate with our team on larger branding projects

What We Need From You

• 3\+ years of experience in graphic design (freelance, agency, or in\-house)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and marketing collateral
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for understanding briefs and incorporating feedback
• Vadodara\-based candidates preferred, but open to remote talent

Compensation

• Paid per hour — rate discussed based on experience and skill level
• Opportunity for ongoing freelance work if quality and turnaround are consistently good

Pay: ₹200\.00 \- ₹500\.00 per hour
