Freelance Graphic Designer \& Social Media Manager
Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Lucknow\-based)

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Create social media posts and reels covers
- Design Instagram and Facebook creatives
- Develop product packaging and label designs
- Create brochures, flyers, standees, and marketing material
- Design WhatsApp promotional creatives
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
- Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags
- Create monthly content calendars
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Share performance reports and recommendations
Marketing Support
- Create Meta Ad creatives
- Design festival and promotional campaigns
- Support product launches and offers
- Assist in visual storytelling around freshness, traditional processing, and local sourcing
Skills RequiredDesign Tools
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva Pro
- Figma (Preferred)
Social Media Tools
- Meta Business Suite

- Buffer / Similar Scheduling Tools
Creative Skills
- Strong understanding of food branding

- Ability to create premium and minimal designs
- Understanding of Instagram growth strategies

- 12–15 Social Media Posts
- 8–10 Story Designs
- 4–6 Reel Covers
- 2–4 Promotional Campaign Creatives
- 1 Monthly Content Calendar
- Packaging/Label Updates (As Needed)
