• *Job Responsibilities :\-**

• Source and screen candidates for our open requirements.
• Submit qualified candidate profiles daily through the company CRM.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
• Recruit for openings in Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai.
• Source candidates with Hindi or English communication skills.

• *Requirements :\-**

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Own laptop, Android smartphone and Wi\-Fi connection.
• Good sourcing, screening and communication skills.
• Ability to dedicate 2–3 hours daily and submit profiles consistently.

• *Payment \& Career Growth :\-**

• Pay varies from ₹2,500 to ₹10,000 per eligible successful placement.
• Payment is made within 7 days of eligibility, through scheduled payment cycles on the 7th, 15th, 21st and 28th, or an earlier transfer where required.
• **Consistent performers may be considered for full\-time remote employment at ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 in\-hand per month plus incentives.**

Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
