The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, proposal generation, and relationship management within the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Acquire projects related to:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Cloud Solutions
- Digital Marketing Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Conduct online meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
