Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow\-ups.
• Share relevant resumes with the internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Ensure timely coordination between candidates and the recruitment team.
