• *Role and Responsibilities:**

• Actively source and attract high\-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Assess candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications, skills, and experience before endorsement.
• Ensure candidates fit both company culture and job\-specific requirements.
• Verify qualifications and certifications are met before endorsing candidates.
• Ensure recruitment tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Provide daily recruitment status reports and weekly reports as required.
• Regularly update and maintain the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring need.
