RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles.
• Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
• Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory for interns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
• Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
