About the Role

As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, fast\-paced, and visually appealing videos. The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, sound design, and audience retention techniques.

Type of Content

You will primarily edit content related to

• AI and technology
• Video editing tips and tutorials
• Graphic design and creative education
• Content creation strategies
• Productivity and digital tools
• Business and personal branding
• Educational and explainer videos
• Short form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Long form YouTube videos

Editing Style

We are looking for an editor who can create

• High retention edits
• Dynamic motion graphics
• Smooth transitions
• Clean typography and subtitles
• Zooms, speed ramps, and visual effects where appropriate
• Professional sound effects and background music integration
• Color correction and basic color grading
• Modern editing inspired by top creators while maintaining originality

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Good understanding of storytelling and pacing
• Experience with motion graphics and animated text
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively

Bonus Skills

• Thumbnail design
• Knowledge of AI tools for editing and workflow automation
• Experience with YouTube optimization and social media content
