About the Role

Masnotechno Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Freelancing Account Manager to manage company accounts on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate should be skilled in client communication, proposal writing, order management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts on Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain professional communication.
• Prepare and send project proposals and custom offers.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track orders, deadlines, revisions, and project progress.
• Handle client follow\-ups and maintain long\-term relationships.
• Monitor account performance, ratings, and client feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through freelancing platforms.
• Maintain records of projects, payments, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience managing freelancing platform accounts is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or graphic design is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
