We are hiring French\-speaking professionals for an international BPO process in Gurgaon.

• Handle customer queries in French.
• Provide support through calls, emails, and chat as required.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

• *Requirements:**

• French C1 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
• Excellent French communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• *Salary:** Up to ₹9 LPA, depending on experience and language proficiency

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
