- B.Com graduate, M.Com, or Semi\-Qualified CA (CA Inter) depending on the firm's tier. **Technical Skills:** Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel , and accounting utilities. **Familiarity with GST reconciliation and basic income tax provisions.** Soft Skills: Good analytical mindset, attention to detail, and basic communication skills for client handling.
