Job Description: CA Fresher – Statutory Audit

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory audits of companies across various industries.
• Assist in audit planning, execution, and preparation of audit working papers.
• Verify financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documents.
• Evaluate internal financial controls and assess compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant auditing standards.
• Identify audit observations, discrepancies, and areas of financial risk.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete audits within stipulated timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – freshers can apply.
• Strong understanding of statutory audit, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting and audit tools is an advantage.
• **Immediate joiners preferred.**

Compensation

• Annual CTC: ₹8–9 LPA, depending on the candidate's profile and interview performance.
