We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes. Candidates will handle customer queries via calls and/or chat, ensure resolution, and deliver a high\-quality customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain service quality and communication standards
• Follow company guidelines and processes

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• HSC Freshers candidates can apply
• Good to excellent communication skills (Versant 3–5 depending on role)

• Day shifts / Rotational shifts available
• Fixed Sunday off / Rotational week off (depending on role)
