We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Exports Sales Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have Fresher to 4 years of experience in sales, particularly in the exports sector, and should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*

• \*\*Identify Potential Markets:\*\* Research and analyze new international markets for our products to expand business reach.
• \*\*Build and Maintain Client Relationships:\*\* Establish strong relationships with customers in foreign markets to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• \*\*Prepare Sales Proposals:\*\* Develop customized sales proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our products effectively.
• \*\*Coordinate with Logistics:\*\* Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipping issues.
• \*\*Monitor Market Trends:\*\* Keep track of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the export business.
• \*\*Manage Sales Documentation:\*\* Ensure all sales transactions and documentation comply with international trade regulations and internal policies.

\*\*Required Skills and Expectations:\*\*

The candidate must possess strong communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in a second language being a plus. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships. An understanding of export regulations and logistics processes will be beneficial. Candidates should be results\-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues is expected.
