WE ARE HIRING – Freshers (US IT Bench Sales Recruiter)

• *Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• *Shift:** Night Shift \| 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
• *Weekends Off:** Saturday \& Sunday
• *Eligibility:** Freshers or Experience (0\-1year)
• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Learn the fundamentals of US IT Staffing and Bench Sales.
• Understand different US work visas and recruitment processes.
• Search and identify job opportunities through job portals and vendor networks.
• Assist in marketing consultant profiles to vendors and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants and vendors.
• Maintain candidate and client information in internal databases.
• Develop professional communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and managers while receiving hands\-on training.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
