Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Fresher Video Editor** who is interested in video editing, digital marketing, YouTube channel management, and social media growth.

The selected candidate will work on our YouTube channels and social media platforms to create engaging content, improve audience engagement, and support organic growth.

The candidate will also work on our other social media handles, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos.
• Manage and upload content to our YouTube channels.
• Create engaging thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and captions.
• Convert long videos into short\-form content for social media.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
• Schedule posts and maintain a regular content calendar.
• Research trending topics, video formats, and content ideas.
• Support YouTube channel growth, subscriber growth, views, and engagement.
• Track video performance and suggest improvements.
• Learn and implement digital marketing strategies to increase organic reach and generate leads.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails and creatives.
• Interest in YouTube, Instagram Reels, and digital marketing.
• Willingness to learn YouTube SEO and social media management.
• Creativity, discipline, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• No extensive work experience required.
• Candidates with personal editing projects or a portfolio will be preferred.
• Candidates who are eager to learn video editing, marketing, and YouTube growth are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹34,000\.00 per month
