• *Job Summary**

SpeedForce EV is looking for a smart, confident, and customer\-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our investors and business partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, preferably with a car dealership, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

• 2–5 years of experience in an automobile showroom (car dealership preferred).
• Experience in reception, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or front office operations.
• Experience handling premium customers is an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Welcome and assist walk\-in investors and business partners.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and visitor management.
• Schedule investor meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain investor records in the CRM.
• Support investor onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure a professional and seamless front\-office experience.
• Assist the sales team in converting investor enquiries into successful closures.

• *Candidate Profile**

• Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in:
• Malayalam
• English
• Hindi
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
• Target\-oriented with a proactive attitude towards business generation.
