We are looking for a smart, customer\-focused, and target\-oriented Pre\-Sales \& Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations while handling lead follow\-ups, appointment bookings, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth client experience and supporting business growth through effective pre\-sales activities.
\*Key Responsibilities:\*
\* Manage front desk operations and attend walk\-in clients professionally and ensure the reception area is well\-maintained and presentable.
\* Handle outbound calls to generated leads and prospective clients.
\* Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into appointments/consultations.
\* Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk\-in clients professionally.
\* Maintain client records, lead data, and appointment schedules on CRM.
\* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
\* Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow\-up, and appointment booking targets through outbound calling and lead conversion.
\*Desired Candidate Profile:\*
\* Experience in Pre\-Sales/Telesales/Outbound sales.
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Presentable, confident, and customer\-oriented personality.
\* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM systems is preferred.
\* Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
