We are looking for a responsible, well\-organized, and proactive Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support day\-to\-day administrative and basic HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable working on a computer, and demonstrate ownership in handling tasks efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
Maintain, organize, and update office files, records, and documentation
Assist in basic HR tasks such as employee documentation, record maintenance, onboarding support and few more.
Support inventory management and track office supplies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day\-to\-day office operations
Ensure the reception area and administrative processes are well\-managed at all times
*Requirements:**
Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with laptop/PC usage and basic tools (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to organize, manage, and maintain records efficiently
Must own a personal vehicle for commuting
Strong organizational skills with a proactive and responsible approach to work
