The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients at Abhinav Parkour Academy. This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining fitness packages, managing daily operations, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth front\-desk functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk \& Client Handling
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Help clients understand different training programs such as weight training, calisthenics, parkour, gymnastics, and boxing
Explain membership packages, schedules, and academy policies clearly
Sales \& Lead Management
Handle walk\-in inquiries and phone calls
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships
Calls \& Communication
Attend incoming calls and respond to client queries
Make outgoing calls for follow\-ups, renewals, and promotions
Attendance \& Records
Check and maintain daily attendance of clients
Update client records and membership details
Payments \& Operations
Collect membership fees and issue receipts
Maintain basic payment records
Support smooth daily front\-desk operations
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu preferred)
